I'm always searching for intresting and fun stuff, and today I've found this picture.And I want to do this joke, not in special with a police car, but with cars.So I'm thinking to buy a solid glue, and glue some alchool bottles to cars.And I'll wait to see them in my town.

Remembers me of the times of World Championship. That kind of things always happend when the police tried to clear a street full with cheering soccer fans: Beeing infected with "Fußballfieber" themselves, the police agents used to finish with closing the street for traffic and celebrating with the fans.
