Mmh... what makes you think #1 is a German police car? The brand is Italian, and so is the wording on the car. (In German, it's "Polizei", not "Polizia"...) Everything else, including the uniforms, don't look German either... :)
Other than that, this is a fun blog!
The 2nd one isnt a lancer evo IX, its a Nissan skyline. Big difference. Still a sweet car though.

This page must be a joke. The #1 is not German ("polizia" ?), the #3 is certainly not from French police (written in english ??); and I know enough spanish to assure you "police" is not translated "Rendörség" in this language.
number 1.) is italian, german would be Polizei.
number 4.) is hungarian
The first 1 it's italian and it's not a joke, I saw it in action here in Rome.
